Regular Meeting Minutes

August 23, 2006

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Tony Zupancich at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: Allen Nelson, Andrea Wilson, Bob Voss, Barb Fivecoate and Mary Jacobsen. Also present was Executive Director, Craig J. Wainio.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to recess from the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority meeting and open the Public Hearing for the Range Regional Health Services Development Agreement. Motion carried at 5:31 p.m.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to reconvene the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority meeting. Motion carried.

President Tony Zupancich called the meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority to order at 5:32 p.m.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to approve Resolution Number 05-06 authorizing the development agreement for the Range Regional Health Services. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Barb Fivecoate and supported by Allen Nelson to set a public hearing for September 6, 2006 to authorize the sale of property in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 12. (Behind United Electric) Motion carried.

A motion was made by Allen Nelson and supported by Barb Fivecoate to pay the bills totally, $40,313.18 as presented. Motion carried by roll call vote.

A motion was made by Bob Voss and supported by Andrea Wilson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
