Regular Meeting Minutes

April 4, 2012

A meeting of the Mountain Iron Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Tony Zupancich, at 5:33 p.m. with the following members present:  Barb Fivecoate, Bob Voss, Alan Stanaway, Andrea Wilson and Susan Tuomela.  Absent members: Jeremy Jesch. Also present were Executive Director, Craig Wainio.

Consent Agenda:  A motion was made by Voss and supported by Fivecoate to approve the consent agenda.  Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.

Fivecoate nominated Zupancich for president.  Stanaway moved a white ballot 5-0 with Zupancich abstaining.

Wilson nominated Fivecoate for vice president.  Stanaway moved a white ballot 5-0 with Fivecoate abstaining.

Fivecoate nominated Wilson for Secretary.  Stanaway moved a white ballot 5-0 with Wilson abstaining.

A motion was made by Tuomela and supported by Fivecoate to adjourn the meeting at 5:55 p.m.  Motion passed unanimously.
